1. Service Agreement

By engaging Cizsadisjo for automotive services, you agree to these terms. Services include axle repairs, transmission expertise, and diagnostics at our facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. Service Liability

Cizsadisjo provides services with professional care and expertise. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, owner negligence, or third-party modifications. Vehicle repairs are performed at the client's risk.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes are estimates. Final costs depend on actual work required. Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash and digital transfers. No refunds for completed work unless defective.

4. Warranty

Parts and labor carry a 30-day warranty from service date, covering workmanship defects only. Warranty excludes wear, accidents, and improper vehicle use.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect minimal personal data (name, contact, vehicle details) for service purposes only. Your data is GDPR-compliant and never shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cizsadisjo's liability is limited to the service cost paid. We are not responsible for indirect damages, business loss, or consequential damages from vehicle use post-repair.

8. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. Late cancellations may incur charges. Completed work cannot be cancelled.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through discussion with our management. Unresolved disputes follow Malaysian consumer protection law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued service use implies acceptance.
